REQUIREMENTS
• Higher education
• 0,5 year experience in IT Research/Sourcing/Recruiting OR strong desire to start doing that :)
• IT Recruitment Course Completion Certificate will be a plus
• Deep internet search, strong research, social media generation skills
• Strong passion to communicate with people
• Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency and attention to details
• Ability to solve problems, think creatively, and adapt to a dynamic market
• At least Upper-intermediate level of English
• Good written and verbal communication (both in Russian and English)

Обязанности

• Searching and sourcing for the information/appropriate candidates
• Pre-screen and HR Interview
• Organizing Technical interview
• Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the technical requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
• Build the pipeline of potential candidates
• Develop and use the network of professional contacts
• Maintain and improve Employer Brand on the Ukrainian market
• Maintain Recruitment database
• Utilize advanced search techniques using different tools (internet portals, social media, LinkedIn, Job sites, participation in networking events, contact lists, referrals, blogs, etc.)
• Maintaining of job advertisements (LinkedIn, DOU, job boards, etc.)
