What are we looking for?
— 0.5+ years of experience in IT Recruitment or as IT Sourcer/Researcher;
— Good skills in candidates search using different sources;
— Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
— Good English language skills, both written and spoken (intermediate and higher).

— Experience sourcing of candidates on the world (will be a plus!!!)

— Work in modern office facilities in the city center (BC Gulliver) and comfortable office located on the left bank (BC Crystal)

— Active sourcing of candidates with a particular skill set on Central and Eastern Europe
First contact with candidates, reviewing resumes for requirements and pre-screening of candidates
— Research, recommend and implement new methods to search for the candidates
— Stay active with social networks and our contact base
— Utilize and maintain a candidate base
— Provide constant feedback to candidates and company

We are looking for a Recruiter / Researcher to join the Kyiv team on a full-time basis.
Who is will primarily be responsible for attracting and sourcing qualified candidates.
