We design and manufacture tractor guidance systems: precise navigation and automated steering. Our products are developed using the latest drone and autonomous driving technologies, making them more affordable for small and midsized farmers, while maintaining the highest quality and reliability. FieldBee is gradually increasing its product offering towards the full automation of various agricultural machines.

The role

FieldBee’s marketing is standing on 2 main pillars: digital marketing and content/ comms. You’ll be responsible for everything content/ comms, leading a team of professionals, most of whom you will recruit into your team over the coming year.

Digital marketing is a seperate team you’ll be working closely with towards shared OKRs.

Your overarching goal will be to make the FieldBee brand known to the world’s farmers and to potential business partners, making the brand be recognized with quality products and great service at affordable prices.

The way there goes through upgrading existing content or creating effective new content for various audiences and for different purposes: prospects, leads, customers, trade show participants, dealers, tractor manufacturers and more. They all need to be attracted, informed, educated, inspired, reassured and driven to action through website content, blog posts, presentations, videos, sales collateral, webinars, field demos, PR events and more... you get the drift.


After the content is created comes the second part of the challenge: communicating with every one of these audiences effectively through various channels relevant to them: owned, paid and earned. This, in a nutshell, will be your role.

In this senior and impactful role you’ll be reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and will be, at least in part, in our office in Amsterdam. You will work closely with digital marketing, sales and international offices.

Who would be a good fit:

7+ years working experience

3+ years of managing marketing teams

Demonstrated ability in campaign management and in various types of marcoms.

Experience in PR management — a plus.

Offline advertising and/ or event marketing experience — a plus.

Experience in video marketing — a strong plus.

Proactive and self-starting. There’s a lot that needs to be done and more that can be done, and you need to be able to set and manage priorities independently.

Great communicator, you’re able to explain yourself very well and to ‘sell’ your ideas to teammates as well as to target audiences.

Native English or native proficiency in English.

Professional proficiency in other European languages or in Russian — a plus.

Available to work in the Amsterdam office at least 2 days per week.
