Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement candidates search strategy
- Manage recruitment cycle from start to finish in a streamlined process, ensuring candidates and hiring managers have a great experience
- Recruit new team members in Netherlands and Germany offices.
- Evaluate candidate’s competences and soft skills
- Develop, automate and continuously improve onboarding process with the guidelines and insightful reports and new hire feedback
- Manage a small team of recruiters, mentoring and support in the near future.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience with staffing, sourcing and managing various recruitment projects in IT
- Successful experience in hiring Senior/Team Lead vacancies
- Good sourcing skills — social media, LinkedIn, LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, Githab and others
- Practical skills in competence-based interviewing and assessment of candidates
Would be a plus:
- Experience in working with Embedded, Java, Android, QA and Hardware
- Experience with X-ray and Boolean search
Personal skills:
- English — Intermediate or higher
- Interest in working in a product company
- Good communication skills
