As a Salesforce Implementation Specialist, you will design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions to meet our clients’ unique needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce’s capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

About the project:

Our customer is an established business with complex processes and they have decided to implement Salesforce from scratch. This means you will have an opportunity to work on the implementation from Day 1, making the project an exciting and very responsible assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the client to gather and analyze their business requirements and objectives.
• Design customized Salesforce solutions that effectively address client needs.
• Lead and manage the implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Configure Salesforce features and functionality, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
• Provide training and support to clients post-implementation to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce solutions.

Your Background & Skills

• 4+ years as a Salesforce Specialist.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred.
• Proven experience in Salesforce implementation and customization, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices.
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading implementation projects.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients.
• Proficiency in data migration, integration, and reporting tools related to Salesforce.
• Developed critical thinking and problem-solving.
• In-depth knowledge of core Salesforce products (e.g. Sales Cloud), their functionalities, and best practices.
