Edvantis, a mature software engineering company based in Central and Eastern Europe and the USA, is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our internal Recruitment Team. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, identifying, evaluating, closing)
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers on role definition, pipeline calibration, interviewing preparedness, candidate assessment, and decision making
- Research, recommend, and implement innovative sourcing methods and recruitment strategies
- Create and publish job postings across relevant professional resources and platforms
- Proactively develop and execute candidate-generation strategies using all available recruiting tools
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines (talent pooling, networking, referrals programs)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting documentation and candidate database
- Mentor and support Junior Recruiters, sharing expertise and best practices
- Drive process improvements in recruitment workflows to ensure efficiency and quality of hires
- Monitor job market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to advise Hiring Managers
- Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, pipeline health) and report results to Management
- Negotiate offers with candidates and manage counteroffer situations
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Suggest and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of working experience in IT
- Strong knowledge of the full-cycle recruitment process
- Experience with Polish and EU markets
- Proven experience in partnering and negotiating with Management
- Solid understanding of the IT market, including key players, salary benchmarks, and market trends
- Excellent interpersonal skills; strong spoken and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to stay flexible and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong networking skills and ability to build long-term relationships with candidates
- Proactivity, a strong focus on results, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher (both spoken and written)
