Junior DB Developer (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a Junior DB Developer (T-SQL) to support and enhance our Microsoft-SQL-Server-based infrastructure that powers market data delivery to downstream systems. This role involves maintaining and improving stored procedures, ensuring data integrity, optimizing performance, and contributing to schema evolution and data migration efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working with large datasets and complex business logic.

Working hours from 15:30 to 00:30.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the existing stored procedures, functions, and views
• Implement new business logic based on evolving market data requirements
• Ensure data integrity across multiple interrelated tables and schemas
• Debug and resolve SQL performance issues, including query optimization and indexing
• Collaborate with Senior Developers and Analysts to understand and translate business requirements into efficient SQL code
• Support data validation, quality checks, and error-handling mechanisms
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
• Document changes and maintain clear version control of database scripts

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SQL development (T-SQL preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SSMS
• Experience working with large datasets and performance tuning
• Ability to debug and refactor the existing SQL code
• Familiarity with stored procedures, joins, CTEs, and window functions
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) or similar tools
• English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher
