We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer with Power BI skills to deliver end-to-end reporting solutions—from data acquisition to visual analytics—using Microsoft’s modern data stack.
EU residence is a must.
Responsibilities
- Acquire data from sources such as sFTP, API, oData, and Azure Blob using Azure Data Factory
- Stage data in Azure Data Lake
- Transform data into facts and dimensions within Azure Synapse
- Build a semantic layer by converting structured tables into Power BI datasets
- Use M Query and DAX to implement reliable calculations
- Create insightful and visually compelling Power BI reports, using tools like Deneb or similar ones
- Leverage experience with the Microsoft Data Stack and Microsoft Fabric
Requirements:
- EU residence
- Strong experience with Microsoft Data Stack (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Power BI)
- Proficiency in M Query and DAX
- Experience in data modeling (facts/dimensions)
- Familiarity with Deneb or similar advanced Power BI visualization tools
- English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher
Will be a plus:
- Experience with AI
- Exposure to enterprise systems such as Dynamics FO, Salesforce (Sales/Service/Engagement Clouds), Power BI Reports, and Custom Apps
- Ability to analyze UI of the existing systems and suggest improvements to enhance user adoption across platforms
