Project Manager / Scrum Master (вакансія неактивна)

We’re opening the position of a Project Manager / Scrum Master to the existing team aimed at developing SaaS solutions that help companies optimize their businesses. These solutions include business planning & execution, process automation, and optimization. The Customer’s platform leverages industry-leading ML and AI for better predictions and prevention of disruptions across businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a cross-functional team to achieve the project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  • Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to reach a common understanding of the best solution needed, and moderate meetings
  • Hold regular Scrum meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner, Tech Lead, and Architect on managing the changing priorities, refining the product backlog, splitting the work, and aligning with the product goals and vision
  • Assist in release management
  • Develop good relationships with the development teams and stakeholders
  • Escalate any issues that cannot be resolved within the team
  • Provide project-level analysis by producing the required project analysis documentation
  • Elicit and clearly document business and system requirements
  • Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries, updates, and project backlog
  • Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts
  • Meet with the project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines
  • Remove impediments to the team’s progress
  • Handle project budgets and invoices
  • Ensure achievement of project KPIs, including profit and growth targets
  • Report directly to the Delivery Manager

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Agile project management using Scrum and/or other Agile frameworks and methods
  • Successful track record in delivering projects for enterprise-level clients
  • Ability to manage 1-3 projects simultaneously
  • Good project management skills, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of the project management lifecycle in software development, with extensive hands-on experience using Agile methodologies
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong focus on driving business results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Ukrainian and English
  • Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and in a structured manner
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with a strong sense of accountability
  • Be results-oriented, with a structured and process-driven approach
  • Be flexible and adaptable in response to the changing project needs
  • Fluency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher

Will be a plus:

  • Background and experience in Business Analysis
