You will be in charge of two existing teams (mini program) of our customers. They provide SaaS solutions that help companies to optimize their businesses. These solutions include business planning and execution, process automation and optimization. The Customer’s platform leverages industry-leading artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) for better predictions and prevention of disruptions across businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Define and use applicable software development framework or methodology (Scrum, Kansan, XP, Lean, Scrum of Scrums, Waterfall, etc.)
- Define, collect, and prioritize features for development
- Create detailed project plans and establish key milestones and deadlines
- Allocate responsibilities among the team members, coordinate their work, motivate them, and ensure effective communication
- Track expenses, ensuring optimal use of resources and adhering to the project budget
- Continuously monitor task completion, conduct regular meetings, assess risks, and identify issues promptly
- Identify potential project risks, develop and implement plans to prevent or minimize their impact
- Regularly inform clients and other stakeholders about the project’s status, achievements, issues, and changes arising during project implementation using written, and verbal communication including Project Metrics
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management, with at least 1 year in a Senior Project Manager role
- Experience managing a team of 20+ members (a single team)
- Experience in pre-sales, discovery stages, MVP development, and working with RFPs
- Technical background like Engineering, QA, DevOps, etc.
- Experience in budget planning and successful project execution in terms of the budget
- Be a proactive, analytical, and structural leader with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to coach and mentor team members from different countries in the use of Scrum and/or other Agile frameworks
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent technical English skills, including both written and verbal communication
- English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Ability to facilitate decision-making meetings with the stakeholders
- Strong ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage change requests
- Proficiency in using Jira
- Fluency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage software functional and non-functional requirements
