We’re opening the position of a Delivery Manager to work with our Client who provides SaaS solutions that help companies to optimize their businesses. These solutions include business planning and execution, process automation, and optimization. The platform leverages industry-leading artificial intelligence and machine learning for better predictions and preventing disruptions across businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget and meet the Client’s business needs
  • Supervise and mentor Project Managers and their respective teams to ensure high-quality project execution
  • Manage strategically important projects directly if required, providing hands-on leadership and direction
  • Monitor and control project KPIs, ensuring that projects meet or exceed the set targets
  • Take proactive actions to address any deviations from KPIs, implementing corrective measures to realign projects with objectives
  • Ensure adherence to project management processes and best practices across all assigned projects
  • Regularly assess project health, identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them
  • Promote continuous improvement in project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Report on the status of assigned projects and associated KPIs to the Account Manager, providing clear and concise updates
  • Ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders, maintaining alignment on project goals, progress, and challenges
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or expanding the project scope based on the Client’s needs and project outcomes
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager to drive business growth within the existing Client’s accounts

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Delivery Management role within an outsourcing software development company
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex software projects for international clients
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery, within scope and budget
  • Experience in managing client’s expectations, ensuring satisfaction, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ability to translate client’s requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including Developers, Test Engineers, Designers, and Business Analysts
  • Experience in performance management, mentoring, and fostering a positive team environment
  • Proactivity in identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and addressing issues to ensure smooth project execution
  • Ability to handle escalations effectively, ensuring that challenges are resolved promptly and do not impact delivery timelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Ukrainian, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to present project updates, risks, and issues to senior management and clients
  • Strong focus on achieving business results, with a deep understanding of client’s business needs and the ability to align project goals accordingly
  • Experience in budget management, ensuring profitability and efficient use of resources
  • Ability to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery process
