We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join the existing team. For nearly 40 years, our partners have developed technology solutions for food-based retail companies such as restaurants, grocery chains, convenience stores, and contract food providers. The solution is redefining the point of sale to bring technological innovation to all aspects of the business. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will have the opportunity to help our Customer meet their needs by providing Salesforce administration and driving ongoing system improvements. We are looking for an empathetic professional who can listen to users, gather their requirements and feedback, and design scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules
- Salesforce configuration changes: Flows, fields, validations, etc
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features
- Executing the day-day configuration, reporting, training, support, maintenance, and overall improvement of the Salesforce CRM platform
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- Work with our Salesforce Developer as a team
- Work with integrated applications
Requirements:
- 3 + years in Salesforce Administration
- Experience with Sales Cloud
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge
- Basic knowledge of how triggers work and what they can do vs Flows
- A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
- Designing scalable, best-practice solutions
- Excellent Communication skills
- English level — Upper-Intermediate and higher

- Assist with data migration from other systems as needed
