Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding process
- Being the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding policies, processes, and procedures in the company
- Conducting one-on-one meetings with employees and monitoring employee’s satisfaction and potential risks
- Create an action plan with the Direct Manager&Head of HR to improve/resolve the critical issue for specialist
- Actively participate in performance management, organize performance review meetings, moderate and summarize results
- Manage offboarding process
- Consultancy for management on human resource-related issues, providing guidance and/or resolving complex people-related issues
- Coordinate learning activities (providing access to training platforms, consulting about the appropriate type of training)
- Determining the educational needs of company employees based on data from the monitoring results and competency
- Professional development advising
- Taking part in the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR management
- Understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Understanding of software development sector and IT market
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, responsible, reliable, proactive, result-oriented
- Conflict resolutions skills
- English level — Intermediate or higher
Will be a plus:
- University degree
- Additional courses and training in the field of organizational psychology, HR management, coaching, etc
