Proxy Product Owner (вакансія неактивна)

We’re opening the position of a Proxy Product Owner to join a team for our customer’s project. Our client is a global company and serves more than 6,000 customers across 50 countries. They were able to become the largest SaaS company solely dedicated to the largest market in the world — Energy. Since its founding, our client has been helping their partners meet the energy needs of today while building solutions for the problems of tomorrow. Technology is designed by innovators, for innovators. They have grown inorganically through acquisitions and organically through product innovation. Customer develops a large ecosystem of products related to that domain including complex data storage and pipelines, web, mobile, and desktop. Edvantis Engineers work together with customer engineers on various projects. Along with collaborating with direct team members, you will also be required to work across departments with various product groups to leverage data sources, and technologies and integrate various other resources from across the company.

Responsibilities:

• Become a reliable partner as a proxy for the PO who’s driving too many teams
• Run processes, define product backlog, the chase for the answers, be creative, help the team to be effective, and provide the big picture to management
• Сollaborating with direct team members
• Work across departments with various product groups to leverage data sources, and technologies and integrate various other resources from across the company

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner
• 2-3 years working as a Proxy or Technical Product Owner
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• A good understanding of agile software development
• A positive and enthusiastic outlook both within the team and when working alone
• Highly motivated and demonstrate the willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Ability to meet challenging deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Any prior tech experience is welcome
• English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher
