• 5+ years experience as QA Automation Engineer
• Able to breakdown customer/application-level performance requirement to component level
• Good understanding of JVM, GC, Messaging systems, circuit breakers, in memory data stores and distributed systems
• Experience with both client-side and server-side performance KPIs
• Experience with load generator tools such as JMeter, Gatling, Locust etc
• Experience with observability solutions such as Datadog, AppDynamics, Grafana
• Thrive to improve architecture for reliable, high throughput, distributed event-based system
• Define, measure and publish KPIs for performance testing
