As a Data Analyst, you’ll be working in a collaborative team of account managers and engineers to enable and support new clients. Candidates must have experience with client relations and possess strong IT competencies. This role will assume direct communication with clients, requirements and data analysis and support during the adoption of Edunav’s products. This role requires strong communication and comprehension skills, understanding business process workflows, and SaaS products fundamentals. In addition, candidates must demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team and under limited supervision is a must.
