Responsibilities:
— Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and expertise.
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements.
— Design and architect scalable and maintainable web applications using Node.js and either React or Vue.js.
— Implement responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces with a focus on user experience.
— Develop and maintain front-end, server-side logic, and database schemas.
— Write clean, efficient, and testable code, while ensuring code quality and best practices.
— Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues and implement robust solutions.
— Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
— Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and drive innovation within the team.
— Contribute to the documentation and knowledge sharing within the organization
Requirements:
— Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
— Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of web applications.
— Extensive proficiency in Node.js for server-side development.
— Expertise in either React or Vue.js for front-end development.
— In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
— Strong experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
— Solid understanding of web security best practices.
— Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
— Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
— Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
— Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
— A commitment to staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
As A Plus:
— Experience with other front-end or back-end technologies.
— Knowledge of containerization and cloud platforms (e.g., Docker, AWS, Azure).
— Proficiency in setting up and managing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
