Responsibilities:
— Managing development teams
— Identify and manage project risks to ensure delivery is on time
— Stakeholders management and communication
— Multiteam management
— Sprint planning and ensuring adherence to those plans, adjusting when necessary
— Facilitating estimates
— Reporting, including on sprint progress but also for management
— Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
— Supporting the PO on release planning
— Improving software development methods and procedures across product and customer implementation projects in order to deliver high-quality solutions.
— Understand the product from the business and technical sides
Requirements:
— Project Manager or Scrum Master with at least
— Experience in software development
— Experience in methodology creation
— Understanding of SDLC
— Experience in working with foreign clients and/or in international teams
— Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (EE, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or other related fields)
— Process-based thinking
— Experience of working with Scrum or any other Agile process
— Strong written and verbal communication skills engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
— Teamwork and proactiveness, strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
— Good English-speaking skills (B2 or higher)
As A Plus:
— Scrum master or PMP certification
— Participating in the development of a large projects/products/startups
