Naranga is a leading franchise operations management software serving over 400 brands, mostly in USA. Founded in 2014 by a multi-location entrepreneur, Naranga provides a complete and easy-to-use franchise management solution.

In order to boost the sales of our existing products and launch the sales of our new products for USA franchise owners we are looking for proactive and experienced Sales Executive in Kyiv.

Who we’re looking for:

The Sales Executive plays a key role on the new clients acquiring team. Sales Executive work with inbound sales to close the deals.

Your main responsibility is to lead the customer through all stages to the closed deal. Clients — USA franchise business owners who want to adjust their marketing efforts, to buy software subscription or to order development services. Naranga products are represented with software and services. You will be also involved in market research, sourcing, outbound sales.

You will work in Business Development team in Kyiv and will cooperate with marketing team to receive all supply materials and boost your sales efforts with additional channels — paid traffic, remarketing, CRM communications etc.

-Excellent English (Advanced): both written and verbal.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas, conclusions and recommendations with clarity.

-Self-motivated, innovative thinker with a positive attitude and the desire to create/expand new categories.

-Experience in software and/or service companies is a must.

-Experience in USA based companies is a plus.

-Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and ability to overcome obstacles.

-Strong attention to detail as well as organization and time management skills.

-Ability to understand and manipulate sales data to drive business decisions.

-Experience in outbound sales and prospecting.

-Experience exceeding sales targets.

-A structured thought process with the ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers.

-Genuine curiosity about people and business, can inspire passion in others.

-Tenacity and an ability to adapt to new situations quickly and think on your feet.

-Excellent collaboration and communication skills that help you connect with customers by email and phone — quickly establishing trust and partnership.

-Proven ability to sell to business line and sell the business value vs. product is KEY.

How you’ll make an impact:

-Prepare the sales strategy for existing and new Naranga products for franchise business in USA and over the world.

-Use your prior sales experience to inform a creative go to market strategy.

-Oversee the sales cycle from prospect to close and partner with other teams to ensure successful onboarding.

-Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts.

-Understand the struggle of a customer and approach each conversation with a consultative approach.

-Partner with Product, Marketing and Client Success teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market.

-Able to qualify, execute and close business opportunity under minimum guidance.

-Forecast revenues timely and accurately.

-Increase revenue/ retention rates for specified key accounts.


Your day-to-day:

-Research, identify, and generate new opportunities on a weekly basis via the phone and web.

-Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel and pipeline.

-Strategically, build and navigate your book to close new business and grow existing accounts.

-Sell our solutions with a consultative approach in a high energy environment.

-Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social selling.

-Skillfully deliver web-based presentations using best practices.

-Comfortably sell to VP & C-Suite executives, navigating through multiple decision makers in large complex orgs.

-Consistently exceed your quarterly and annual sales quota and be well-compensated for doing so.

-Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable.
