Our Edenlab team is looking for a hands-on Head of Outbound Lead generation to take part in the growing healthcare US and EU market.
This is a chance to join an ambitious project at one of the most dynamic markets with the opportunity to scale lead generation processes globally.
You will be responsible for the development and fine-tuning of the reasonably automated process of outbound lead generation.
You will be working closely with the Head of Marketing to assist with the delivery of successful lead generation strategies. It will be your responsibility to follow up these campaigns through targeted telemarketing and digital strategies.

Main duties include

Together with sales and marketing teams creating of ICP and buying persona’s profile;
Finding multiple sources of leads that meet the ICP;
Development of outbound lead generation strategy and flow;
Outbound lead generation process automation;
Ensuring the suitable delivery and handover of leads and their respective information to the sales team
Setting up and documenting meetings with prospects
Keeping up to date notes on the company’s in-house CRM system
Understanding product portfolio and customer requirements to maximize lead conversion.Development of ICP and buying persona profile together with sales and marketing teams

Essential:
Experience with creation and execution of outbound lead generation process for B2B customers
Strong knowledge of automated tools for outbound lead generation
Experience with HubSpot or other CRM
Experience with such platforms as LinkedIn, CrunchBase, LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator
Self-motivated and focused on driving results in a proactive manner
Ability to communicate at all levels
Strong written and numerical skills
Upper Intermediate level of English

Will be a plus:
Interest and relevant industry knowledge in healthcare domain
Commercial experience of the B2B and/or IT industries advantageous
Qualifications: Any relevant qualifications or experience covering the above will be taken into account
