At the position of Middle DevOps Engineer, you will contribute to the highload projects by designing, setting up, configuring and tuning of the infrastructure, maintaining the cloud environments including production.

Edenlab is growing. At Edenlab we operate several dev and production Kubernetes clusters. Every day we build and deploy containers, fix configuration bugs and investigate metrics, logs and traces in case of production issues. We also do a lot of scripting to help make our daily life easier. We are looking for someone to join our humble team and help us operate and improve the infrastructure.
By joining our team, you’ll be exposed to and be able to learn from behind the scenes of one of the most ambitious and challenging state-wide projects in Health Domain.

Requirements:
— Clouds: one of [AWS — preferable, Azure, GCP].
— Containerization and orchestration: Docker , one of [Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, ECS].
— IaC: one of [Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Formation].
— Coding: Bash/Shell, one of [Python, Golang, Java, NodeJS] (experience — optional, motivation — required).
— DB: one of [MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse].
— CI/CD: one of popular CI/CD solutions.

Optional:
— Messaging: one of [Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS].
— Experience: HA/HL, production.

Your daily duties will include:
— Communicate closely with the current DevOps, developer and system analytic teams.
— Oversee Kubernetes clusters and set-up from scratch.
— CI/CD pipeline maintenance.
— Deploy containerized applications.
— Troubleshoot cluster & application configuration issues.
— Improve the architecture of the existing solutions.
— Large-scale infrastructure and performance tuning.
— HW landscape design and setup on Amazon Web Services and on-premise.
