We’re looking for a proactive, independent, and results-oriented salesperson who can drive our company forward during these turbulent times.

At Echo, we primarily offer one core, quite general service — IT staff augmentation / tech recruitment. However, given current market conditions, AI advancements, and the lack of a strong USP, we have to change our business model — whether by introducing new services or productizing an existing one. At this pivotal moment, we want your talent to help us make this shift. This is a unique opportunity for you to not just be another manager but to eventually become a true co-founder and partner.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or other relevant customer-oriented roles (not necessarily in the IT industry).
  • Experience with various lead generation and marketing tactics, along with a willingness to implement modern AI tools.
  • Ability to create and utilize engaging sales/marketing materials.
  • A tech-savvy mindset — it’s not about writing code but about having a passion for technology, software, and automation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience living in or long-term stays in English-speaking countries.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitors’ analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Generate your own ideas for company positioning and service productization while validating existing ideas in the backlog.
  • Execute a series of business development experiments.
  • Document and maintain the lead generation process.
  • Engage with potential customers and close deals.
  • Keep everything organised in GDrive, CRM, etc.
  • Attend daily meetings with other company managers.

  • Competitive salary (fixed + %) based on interview results.
  • A budget for experiments and a sales assistant, once a significant portion of your work can be delegated and scaled.

  • A corporate laptop (MacOS or Windows).
  • A three-month probation period.
  • Remote work. However, we prioritise candidates who can meet in person in Lviv at least once a month.
