Company and Project Description

QC is an international company that provides a unique trading platform & software for the Fintech industry and enables businesses to create great customer relationships with the most innovative & flexible software solutions in the market.

The project focuses on merging three existing trading-related apps into a single, cross-platform mobile app using the Flutter framework. The role requires expertise in Dart, Flutter, and mobile development for both iOS and Android, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality, efficient, and well-tested code while integrating backend services and following agile processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop clean, testable, efficient code that’s easy to understand;
• Align with business needs to build impactful solutions;
• Support agile processes to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile app development with any technology stack;
• At least 2 years of experience with Dart and the Flutter framework;
• Experience in building and deploying apps for both iOS and Android platforms;
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles;
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend service integration;
• Experience with state management solutions such as Riverpod or Bloc is a plus;
• Git with Git Flow or similar branching strategies.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment as part of a small dev team (3 people);
• Excellent communication skills.

English Level

Upper-Intermediate / Advanced. The candidate should be able to clearly communicate and deliver his ideas.

Work Schedule and Timezone

Mon — Fri 8 hrs, EEST, flexible. Should be able to attend daily meetings.

Interviewing Stages

• HR Sourcing and Screening Applicants by Echo;
• Technical Interview with CTO (60-90 min);
• Short interview with CEO.
