We are going to hire someone experienced and creative enough to execute the following LeadGen strategy. Instead of the typical ’spray and pray’ automation methods used by many competitors, we are going to utilize a different approach.
1. Firstly, we identify companies that have the NEED which can be satisfied with our two core services: IT Outstaffing and Tech Recruitment. So, we need a list of companies that are hiring software developers and other tech specialists.
At this point, we are going to utilize a specialized UK service, which is almost unknown among Ukrainian firms. They provide a fresh daily list of IT-related job positions, even before they become active on LinkedIn and other job websites.
However, this service is not a ’silver bullet’, so we expect you to manually analyze vacancies from popular UK and US job sites as well.
2. Now, the second part is starting. You need to find and validate the right contacts (LinkedIn profiles and emails) of the decision-makers and contact them. Of course, you have to note everything in our CRM.
3. And here is the final step — experimenting with the texts, titles, CTAs, sequences with the ultimate goal of setting up an introductory call to our co-founder(s).
🖥️ RESPONSIBILITIES:
— Research and analyze IT-related job positions;
— Build and validate contact lists of companies and their decision-makers;
— Reach out to potential customers via LinkedIn and email, both manually and using various automation tools;
— Conduct experiments with sources, tools, texts, etc;
— Track activities on a daily basis at GSheets, Hubspot, etc;
— Maintain and constantly update the LeadGen Policy document;
— Provide reports and analytics on a Google Meet call every Friday.
⚙️ SKILLS REQUIRED:
— At least 2 years of experience in sales prospecting, research and lead generation;
— Successful cases of setting up online appointments in previous jobs;
— Experience with cold emails and prospecting on LinkedIn;
— Knowledge of popular outreach tools, CRM systems and data enrichment platforms;
— Understanding of SDLC and modern IT technologies.
