Responsibilities
— Develop and execute sales strategies.
— Actively search for new clients via cold calls, email campaigns, and networking (events, LinkedIn, etc.).
— Understand the target audience and product offerings.
— Negotiate and close deals (contracts, payments).
— Create and Maintain CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or others).
— Occasionally perform Project Manager tasks, such as coordinating project timelines and ensuring client satisfaction (with additional compensation).

Requirements
— English proficiency (B2 or higher).
— Strong business communication skills.
— Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Management.
— Availability for 4+ hours/day overlap with Central European Time (Warsaw).

Nice-to-Haves
— Agile SAFe Framework familiarity.
— Master’s/PhD degree.
— Existing client database or industry contacts.
— Experience as a Project Manager.
