Salesforce Team Leader

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with experience in a leadership role. This person will be responsible for leading a remote team of Salesforce developers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Qualifications for this position include:
● At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in a remote Salesforce Team Lead role.
● Сlear awareness of the constraints and limitations of the Salesforce platform, such as performance issues, customization limits, integration challenges, etc.
● Deep understanding of Apex and LWC framework.
● Strong understanding of the capabilities of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community (Experience) Cloud.
● Salesforce Administrator or Developer Certifications.
● Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
● Experience with Agile development methodologies.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across all levels.
● Strong writing and verbal skills in English.
