We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to work with our subsidiary company Ubertesters (ubertesters.com).
As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships, driving client satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of our business.
Your primary focus will be to ensure that our clients receive outstanding support and analyze the main value they see in working with us, as well as identify reasons that past clients left. Qualifications for this position include:
