Eastern Peak is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer/Engineer to join the team.

● English fluency is essential, both verbal and written.
● 3+ years of experience as a marketing cloud developer.
● Must have strong experience as a marketing cloud administrator.
● Hands-on experience working with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Content Builder, Web Studio, Analytics Builder, Mobile Studio (Mobile Push, Mobile Connect and WhatsApp).
● Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect, working with Sales/Service Cloud integration
● Experience with 3rd party custom integrations.
● Understanding of Marketing Cloud contact data model.
● Understanding of data extensions and data views.
● Hands-on experience with SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST and SOAP APIs
● Background in Agile, SCRUM practices and associated tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.).

Will be a plus:
● Certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Marketing Cloud Consultant or Administrator.
● Experience with Einstein, Personalization Studio or CDP.
● Marketing Cloud Certifications.

Main duties involve:
● Building cross-channel customer journeys (based on internal marketing cloud segments, API entries and Salesforce events).
● Building responsive and mobile-compatible cloud pages (including both marketing cloud and salesforce data updates) for opt-in, opt-out, customer profile updates and lead capturing. You will do both frontend and backend parts.
● Creating responsive and mobile-compatible email templates and emails from simple marketing to complex transactional with AMPscript logic for personalization.
● Building SQL automations for data segmentation. You will need to write SSJS activities and amp script code for more custom solutions.
● Configuring business units, send classifications, RMM and data model when it comes to new brands.
● Configuring SF sync objects and fields, working with Marketing Cloud Connect features.
● Building from out-of-the-box to custom reports.
● Supporting development teams with configuring REST API integrations.
● Supporting marketing team with email, push and WhatsApp campaigns.
● Supporting membership and product teams with technical solutions for needed projects.
● Working with users configuration, user roles and permissions.
● Along with development in general you will cover administration, testing and architecture.
