Eastern Peak is looking for an English speaking experienced Project Manager to join the team.

We have many Web, Mobile, and IoT projects for customers from Israel, UK, and the United States. We use technologies, such as JavaScript / TypeScript, PHP, Ruby, .NET, Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin and others.

Qualifications for this position include:
● English fluency is essential.
● Minimum of 4 years of Project Management experience.
● Ability to analyze customer’s requests and write functional specifications and high-level design. (e.g. DB schema) — is a must.
● Work experience as a back-end or full-stack developer.
● Experience in management of medium projects in software development.
● Experience with Web and Mobile technologies
● Excellent knowledge and practical experience of software development methodologies.
● Ability to create work plans, use task management tools just as Jira or Youtrack.
● Ability to manage a group of developers in diverse disciplines, giving them the focus and direction.
● Excellent-hands on management & communications and leadership skills.
● Ability for frequent business travels abroad.

Responsibilities for this position include:
● Managing Web or/and Mobile projects from A to Z utilizing the latest technologies — from the product discovery phase through development and maintenance.
● Managing medium-sized development teams consisting of approximately 10 people, with project durations averaging around 2 years. Taking complete ownership of project team composition, design and architecture, modeling, budgeting, and execution.
● Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and expectations, and delivering products on time, within budget, and with excellent quality.
● Collaborating closely with all departments within the company, including Sales, HR, and Accounting, and participating in pre-sale activities.
