Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

We are currently seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for a company that has been operating in Ukraine for many years, developing innovative systems aimed at strengthening the country’s defense capabilities and protecting national interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s information security strategy.
• Manage a team of information security professionals and coordinate their work.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
• Organize processes for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents.
• Collaborate with other departments on information security matters.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
• Conduct employee training on information security topics.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in the field of information security.
• Motivation for rapid professional growth and development.
• Knowledge of modern information protection tools, policies, and IS standards.
• Experience in managing incidents, audits, and security checks.
• Possession of certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar) is an advantage.
• High level of responsibility, strategic thinking, and leadership qualities.

Salary: 2000-4000$ (negotiable during the interview).

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday — off.
