We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is passionate about outreach automation and lead generation. If you love using technology to optimize sales funnels, automate LinkedIn & email campaigns, and generate high-quality leads, this role is for you!
🔹Responsibilities
- Lead generation & Prospecting — Identifying and reaching potential clients through various channels, focusing on opportunities within the following industries:
50% Classic DevOps & MLOps ;
50% Web3 & Blockchain. - Automate multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, and perspectively — Telegram or other platforms) using tools like Snovio LinkedIn Automation Tool, or alternatives — Expandi, Waalaxy, Lemlist, Instsntly.ai, LaGrowthMachine, and so on.
- Manage and enrich lead lists using Snovio CRM, Clay, Apollo.io, or other tools of your choice, ensuring high data quality.
- Optimize outreach sequences for personalization and conversion, using AI-driven approaches where possible.
- Analyze campaign performance and iterate based on metrics like open rates, response rates, and conversions.
- Engage potential clients via personalized follow-ups and nurture sequences.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales flow and overall progress.
🔹What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or a similar sales/lead gen role within an IT outsourcing company
- Fluent or Advanced English
- Tech-savvy mindset — ability to work with automation, AI tools, and data-driven strategies.
- Understanding of multi-channel prospecting (LinkedIn, cold email, personalized outreach).
- Strong communication skills — ability to write compelling messages and build rapport with prospects.
- Results-oriented & analytical — comfortable with A/B testing, metrics tracking, and iterating on outreach strategies.
- Understanding of IT industry trends and services — Familiarity with SDLC, cloud computing, and IT products or services outsourcing.
🔹Nice to have
- Understanding of DevOps stack and area of its application.
- Familiarity with diverse domains where DevOps expertise is valuable, including AI/ML (MLOps), Web3/Blockchain, FinTech, BioTech, etc.
🔹Hard skills
- Confident user of Notion, Google Docs/Spreadsheets.
- Hands-on experience with outreach automation tools (e.g., Snovio LinkedIn Automation Tool or any alternative like Expandi, Waalaxy, Lemlist, Reply.io you name it).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Snovio).
