— Develop inbound and outbound ICP (ideal customer profile) for efficient market targeting in cooperation with the marketing department;
— Develop and implement a marketing strategy according to ICP, including positioning, channels, tools, value proposition, necessary budgets, etc., in cooperation with the marketing department;
— Supervise lead generation teams, communicate with new ICPs, upgrading the scripts, tools, and outbound campaign metrics;
— Develop and implement an affiliate program, including prolongated communication with current clients to identify additional synergies and obtain new opportunities for cooperation;
— Conduct continuous analysis of the market and competitors to obtain valuable insights and adapt the strategy to the needs of the market on the go;
— Build and manage a sales team, including sales processes, adapt CRM (HubSpot), and set individual and team development plans and KPIs;
— Analyze key metrics of marketing campaigns to identify bottlenecks and develop a mitigation plan monthly;
— Analyze key performance metrics of the sales team to identify underperformers and possible problems at the presale stage. The
expectation is that the Head of BD will be able to track similar events and get involved to correct inefficiencies personally;
— Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the company’s management on current deals and progress on priority streams.
— 5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing in an IT outsourcing company
— Fluent/advanced speaking English
— Proven experience in strategic planning, creation/implementation of marketing and sales strategies
— Proven experience in managing sales and lead teams: tasks distribution and execution control KPI setup fulfillment of the sales plan
— Development and control over the implementation of individual development plans
— Hiring team members
— Proven experience with budget management, reporting, and CRM solutions
— Excellent analytical skills for market research (technology and business verticals), latest trends, competitor analysis, and tracking key metrics to gain valuable insights
— Excellent executive skills—timely and effective implementation of sales and marketing processes, innovation, and transformation management
— Experience in business trips and sales/partner activities at conferences, meetups, and P2P meetings
— Experience in establishing and maintaining efficient cross-functional interaction between departments to achieve the goals of the company
— Proven experience in selling/closing high check projects for companies of various sizes in the international market
