Experience with Windows servers, AD services administration;
Experience in virtualization technologies;
Proficient with network tools;
Basic knowledge of Mac OS;
Basic to intermediate scripting knowledge and skills with PowerShell;
Familiarity with AWS, AZURE — advantage;
Good verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical person.
Typical responsibilities include performing backups, ensuring that scheduled jobs are performed, troubleshooting IT issues, user administration and installing standard equipment;
Monitor all critical aspects of servers to ensure that proactive actions are taken to meet required capacity needs. This includes monitoring disk space, services, performance, scheduled tasks, etc;
Perform system patching, updates as required;
Manages problem tickets and provide customers with timely feedback on status. Provide assistance with issue escalation and resolution;
Must be flexible, self-motivated and able to work as a team;
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms;
Flexible to work in off-site in different country, for a
Centralized administraton of Antivirus server;
Provide second tier user support;
Provide server backup and recovery support.
