— 3+ years’ experience in product owner management within a software company or in business analysis.
— Successful work experience with product (research/ identifying problems, advancing and implementing solutions, analyzing the results)
— Experience in writing technical documentation and user-stories.
— Ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements.
— Good understanding of business goals and priorities;
— Product Owner experience with agile methodologies (Scrum strongly desired);
— Facilitate sprint-to-sprint activities such as grooming, planning and retrospective meetings.

— Manage the product lifecycle from requirements to prioritization to product release.
— Owning product backlog, collecting and creating product requirements
— Analyzing the progress, reporting and optimizing development performance
— Designing and developing order execution of features on the platform
— Ensure right choice of tools and methodologies for the unit’s projects
— Engage and build relationship with cross-functional teams and stakeholders(Business Analysts, Developers, — Marketing, etc.) to ensure requirements are implemented and process is well understood
— Articulate and validate key product assumptions through research, user testing, live testing
— Mentor other PO and Teams on request. Organize knowledge sharing and training sessions for other analysts. Contribute to the corporate knowledge base.
— Consolidate data into user stories and necessary product requirements.
— Provide documentation of progress and deliverables. Writes clear user stories at both low level function point and overarching theme level, combining with acceptance criteria.
— Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products.
— Manage change requests and engage in cross-team collaboration to prioritize and evangelize requests. — Work day-to-day with cross-functional teams in business, product, design and engineering.
