We are looking for an active and thoughtful professional who will strengthen our team in the Chief Operating Officer (COO) role. Reporting and day-to-day cooperation with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Objectives of this Role
- Collaborate with the Founder in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy
- Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, performance management, and annual operating planning
- Oversee company operations and employee productivity ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met
Responsibilities
- Design and implement business processes
- Oversee day-to-day core operations
- Build operational dashboards/reporting systems to ensure setting of respective target metrics
- Coordinate initiatives of departments to secure the respective level of infrastructure needed for a smooth business growth
- Work closely with C-level executives on expansion and scaling activities including both, exploring internal growth drivers and reviewing external investment opportunities
- Develop and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Develop comprehensive goals with leads for performance and growth
- Monitor performance and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
- Guide employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Maintain and build trusted relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Skills and experience needed to join the board:
- 3+ years experience in executive leadership positions in IT outsourcing
- Experience with business development in IT outsourcing
- Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
- Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
- Proactive manager to initiate business changes
- Structured thinking and ability to take data-driven business decisions
- Sound analytical, problem-solving and commercial skills Great communication and written skills
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English
