We are looking for an active and thoughtful professional who will strengthen our team in the Chief Operating Officer (COO) role. Reporting and day-to-day cooperation with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Objectives of this Role

• Collaborate with the Founder in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy
• Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, performance management, and annual operating planning
• Oversee company operations and employee productivity ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business processes
• Oversee day-to-day core operations
• Build operational dashboards/reporting systems to ensure setting of respective target metrics
• Coordinate initiatives of departments to secure the respective level of infrastructure needed for a smooth business growth
• Work closely with C-level executives on expansion and scaling activities including both, exploring internal growth drivers and reviewing external investment opportunities
• Develop and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
• Develop comprehensive goals with leads for performance and growth
• Monitor performance and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
• Guide employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
• Maintain and build trusted relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

Skills and experience needed to join the board:

• 3+ years experience in executive leadership positions in IT outsourcing
• Experience with business development in IT outsourcing
• Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
• A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
• Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
• Proactive manager to initiate business changes
• Structured thinking and ability to take data-driven business decisions
• Sound analytical, problem-solving and commercial skills Great communication and written skills
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English
