Now we are looking for a professional Business Analyst.

You are a great fit if you have:

— Advanced level of spoken and written English (communication skills to work closely with the client representatives and stakeholders);

— 2+ years of practical experience in a B2B software company (IT service company) as a Business Analyst;

— Experience and good knowledge of project management methodologies and software development lifecycle;

— Target audience understanding;

— At least a high level risk management to set up a correct requirements, which will help to achieve the goal, so it won’t be blocked at the end of the day;

— Cooperation with designers and UI/UX concepts understanding;

— Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements;

— Ability to help the client with the MVP approach;

— Ability to analyze data, trends, and metrics to draw meaningful insights;

— Strong problem-solving skills to address business challenges;

— Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling (using BPMN, UML diagrams), and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

What is important to us:

— Understanding of quality assurance processes and the ability to ensure deliverables meet specified standards;

— Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships;

— Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities;

— Understanding the principles of work of Agile and Scrum methodology;

— Excellent communication skills must be used as part of a team.
