We are looking for a Product Owner (AI domain) who will start and lead the whole AI direction inside Dripify. This is not a support role — you will be the person who builds our AI functionality from the very beginning, makes decisions about models, designs how features should work, and helps us create modern and reliable AI solutions for our users.

Right now we already have ideas and first concepts for AI features, but we need someone with strong real experience who can take this direction, structure it, and turn it into high-quality product features.We are looking for a person who really understands how AI works in production. Someone who has already built or managed LLM-based features, knows the difference between models, understands limitations, and can explain trade-offs and risks. You should know how to evaluate AI output, improve accuracy, and think about reliability, cost, and user experience at the same time.You will work directly with the Head of Product and our engineering team to bring AI into Dripify and scale this direction in the future. If you have strong domain expertise in AI and want to lead a full product area — this role will give you full ownership and space to build.

Requirements

— 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role working with B2B SaaS products
— Strong practical experience working with AI/LLM-based product features (text generation, summarization, classification, conversation logic, or similar)
— Good understanding of how LLMs behave in real products: accuracy, hallucinations, prompt structure, model limitations, and cost factors (tokens, context size, usage)
— You deliver complete features end-to-end, from discovery and research to specification writing, prototyping, refinement, release, and post-launch evaluation
— You have hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and work effectively in sprint-based teams
— You write clear, structured, and testable acceptance criteria, ensuring effective communication between product, design, development, and QA teams
— You have a strong analytical mindset and take initiative in conducting competitor research and gathering user feedback to shape impactful features
— You communicate effectively and align cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, QA, support, marketing, and sales around a shared product vision
— You have practical experience with Jira and Confluence for managing epics, user stories, backlogs, and product documentation at scale
— You work closely with UX/UI designer, use Figma for prototyping, refine flows, and ensure user-friendly, intuitive solutions aligned with product goals
— You demonstrate strong attention to detail and maintain high-quality specifications and documentation to reduce misunderstandings and rework
— You are proactive and take initiative, identifying product opportunities, proposing improvements, and driving innovation rather than simply executing assigned tasks.
— You have a proven track record of collaborating closely with designers, developers, and QA teams to successfully deliver end-to-end features that create real user value
