As a BDR, you’ll play a critical role in the sales process by generating high-quality leads and setting appointments for our Account Executives. Your focus will be on prospecting and qualifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role (SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent research skills, with the ability to find and engage with decision-makers.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Strong listening skills to understand customer needs, uncover pain points, and tailor your approach accordingly.
  • English proficiency: C1—C2 level (native-like fluency) in both written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (Hubspot).
  • Research and identify potential clients using a mix of prospecting tools, databases, and social platforms.
  • Research areas of interest for key decision makers and potential routes to engage them.
  • Craft well-researched, creative outreach campaigns tailored to the findings of your research.
  • Professionally and persistently follow up via phone, email, LinkedIn and other means identified from the research.
  • Conduct initial introductory and discovery discussions to help qualify potential.
  • Book qualified meetings and provide the sales team with detailed, well formatted handover notes from initial discussions.
  • Partner with Account Executives to schedule and prepare for sales meetings, ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation to closing.
  • Consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and contribute to the continued hypergrowth of the region.
  • Adapt messaging to suit the needs of the local market.
