As an Account Executive (AE), you will play a key role in driving revenue growth for our product by closing sales and managing relationships with prospects from demo to deal closure. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract negotiation. This is a high-impact role with uncapped commission potential for top performers!
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, with a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. SaaS sales experience is a significant plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives.
- Strong negotiation abilities, with experience in discussing pricing, contract terms, and objections to close deals effectively.
- Highly driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and manage time effectively in a remote or fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of customer needs, with a focus on delivering value and building long-term partnerships.
- Ability to work in close collaboration with sales teams, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless customer experiences and increase retention.
- Experience working in a startup environment is a bonus.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, provide regular reporting of pipeline and accurate forecasts through Hubspot.
- Own the sales process from initial prospecting and qualification through to closing deals and onboarding clients.
- Adapt messaging to suit the needs of the local market.
- Conduct product demos, engage in consultative sales conversations, and manage negotiations to secure new customers.
- Effectively manage and prioritize your sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress and timely follow-ups.
- Drive deal closures by navigating pricing discussions, contract terms, and other closing activities.
- Work closely with BDR teams to ensure smooth handoffs and timely follow-ups on qualified leads.
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align on prospect expectations, and to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and contribute to the continued hypergrowth of the region.
