Dripify is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our product team.

Dripify is the multifunctional LinkedIn automation tool designed to help your sales team improve LinkedIn prospecting and close more deals — all on complete autopilot.

Requirements

-5+ years of experience in similar positions.
— Advanced / Fluent English level.
— 1+ years of experience with SaaS solutions.
— Excellent writing and communication skills.
— Strong organizational and analytical skills.
— Experience with Jira, Confluence.

Responsibilities

— Establish and communicate the product vision and long-term objectives, including presenting goals and reports for 3-6 month periods.
— Analyze market trends and competitors by following industry blogs, news sites, and reports on LinkedIn automation, lead generation, and sales automation platforms. Provide senior management with detailed reports and identify both direct and indirect competitors.
— Regularly analyze user needs by collaborating with internal teams (e.g., support, sales) to understand client requirements and collect user feedback through Frill. Build the product roadmap and share team announcements to ensure alignment and prioritize enhancements.
— Align the product with business goals and define the product roadmap accordingly.
— Manage Jira and its settings/automations/questions.
— Communicate the product strategy to stakeholders and the team, facilitating sprint planning. Ensure that all backlog items are fully understood by the development team (CTO, Team/Tech Lead) before sprint planning.
— Clarify requirements for the team during sprint planning and throughout the sprint.
— Provide high-level guidance on priorities and ensure that requirements align with the product vision.
— Monitor overall sprint progress to ensure that work meets business goals. Take responsibility for sprint planning, review, and backlog refinement. Act as the final decision-maker on features included in each sprint.
— Ensure effective communication by sharing updates in dedicated channels (e.g., dripify-release-notes) to keep team members aligned with product progress. Conduct detailed explanations and demos, sharing news about releases with internal teams (e.g., sales, support) to ensure a comprehensive understanding of product changes and new features.
— Make decisions on product iterations based on feedback and insights from various teams (e.g., via the “product questions” Slack channel).
— Analyze received feedback and incorporate relevant insights into the product backlog. Regularly share updates and feedback with colleagues to ensure continuous alignment.
— Own and prioritize the product backlog, focusing on delivering the most valuable features.
— Collaborate with the BA to ensure that backlog items are well-defined, properly scoped, and aligned with product goals, ensuring that the BA’s efforts focus on high-value features.
— Guide the team toward future goals while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
