Dripify is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our product team.

Dripify is the multifunctional LinkedIn automation tool designed to help your sales team improve LinkedIn prospecting and close more deals — all on complete autopilot.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist by gathering data from market research to support the Product/Top Manager’s strategy.
• Identify business challenges that may impact product strategy.
• Engage with stakeholders to collect detailed requirements.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with the development team to clarify technical questions (when a Jira ticket is on the development board) and document use cases.
• Refine user stories and add detailed acceptance criteria, collaborating with the development team for any technical clarifications.
• Support the team by addressing ambiguities in the user stories or specifications during development.
• Ensure that the technical solution being developed meets the detailed business requirements.
• Work closely with QA to validate that the product meets acceptance criteria and ensure any changes are documented.
• Convert feedback into actionable items for the development team, including bug reports, feature requests, and enhancements.
• Continuously improve the process for requirement gathering, documentation, and testing.
• Conduct analysis of collected data to derive insights that inform the product roadmap and strategy.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, user stories, and processes to ensure clarity and continuity.
• Collaborate with the PO to ensure that the product vision and user needs are aligned in the backlog.
• Provide detailed requirements in specifications for the UI/UX designer, ensuring the design meets functional needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of requirement gathering and analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in BA, PO or similar positions.
• Advanced / Fluent English level.
• 1+ years of experience with SaaS solutions.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• (Optional) Experience with Jira, Confluence.

As a Plus:

• Experience with Marketing or Sales automation tool
• Experience with AI features
