We are seeking a dedicated Product Business Analyst to join our team at Dripify, a leading B2B SaaS product company.

Sales automation platform designed for marketers, business owners, and sales teams that allows automating cold-emailing and lead generation on LinkedIn.

Main responsibilities:
— Work closely with the product management team, UX designers and developers to analyze, design, and implement short-term and long-term product features
— Extensive communication with developers and testers, approval of the release roadmap, control of estimates, delivery management
— Create and analyze all possible use cases in regard to the implementation of a new feature
— Identify product feature ideas and opportunities based on industry trends, current user demand, and competitive trends
— Create and update product documentation (both for internal and external use)

Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst
— At least Upper-intermediate English level
— Experience with B2B SaaS product
— Analytical mindset, ability to structure information and dive deeper when it is needed
— Experience in delivering analytical solutions for complex product-related tasks (competitors’ feature research, feature analysis to improve the product’s user efficiency, use-cases analysis, etc.)
— Ability to balance customer needs against the company’s vision
— Ability to write clear, brief documentation and to communicate generally with a high degree of precision
— AS A BIG PLUS experience with Marketing/Sales Automation products.
