Looking for a tech / customer support representative to join our team (B2B SaaS product)

Sales automation platform designed for marketers, business owners, and sales teams that allow automating lead generation on LinkedIn
Here is some of what you will do:
— Provide timely and strategic customer support via live chat and email in Intercom
— Successfully onboard new users, help set up their accounts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they are getting the most out of our mobile platform.
— Advocating for the customer by taking their feedback and sharing it with other departments, to improve processes and product offerings.
— And everything else that goes along with providing outstanding customer service!
Mandatory requirements:
*Fluent in English (written)
*2+ years in customer support
*Basic knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g. Intercom, Zendesk, JIRA, Salesforce, etc)
*Previous experience within a SaaS business environment would be perfect
*Strong organizational skills and ability to follow up and track multiple issues/projects
*Good communication, written, and interpersonal skills
*Readiness to cover
