— 3+ years of proven successful experience as a Recruiter (IT sphere)
— Knowledge and experience with IT recruitment tools
— Good communications and English skills (Upper-intermediate or Advanced level of English)
— Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
— Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment (Word, Excel)
— Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
— Be a good listener, think through and ask right questions to candidates
— Good negotiation skills
— Ability to understand technology and to keep abreast of technology trends to clearly understand what resources we are looking for each of our project
