We are looking for a highly organized, energetic, and positive-minded person with previous experience in HR, who will be responsible for developing and supporting talent management strategy.
BECOMING ONE OF THE DRAGONS YOU WILL:
- Develop and support talent management strategy (mentoring programs, succession planning, retention program, career development plan, etc)
- Conduct and take part in talent assessment
- Monitor employees performance and career path
- Develop, implement and support retention strategy
- Support employees during the onboarding period
EXPECTATIONS ARE CLEAR:
- 3+ years of experience as an HR specialist
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Experience in driving changes and implementing new initiatives and optimizing processes
- Experience in implementation various HR projects and initiatives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office package
- Experienced user of Jira and Confluence
- Analytical and goal-oriented approach
