— Take ownership over cross-platform call quality assurance with manual testing
— Perform manual exploratory and regression testing
— Help engineering team to understand how they can improve product in general and call quality specifically
— Assist QA team with putting order into processes, documentation and tools
— Be part of a cross-functional “Call experience” team together with software engineers, analysts, domain experts and researchers
— Participate in LeSS process and Scrum ceremonies
