MS Access Solutions Consultant (вакансія неактивна)

DOOR3 is looking for a MS Access Solutions Consultant to work in a client-facing, consultative role, which requires frequent interactions with key stakeholders during project estimation and implementation stages. It is a contract role that could require part-time or full-time engagement, depending on particular projects.

Essential Job Duties:

• Providing guidance and helping to develop and implement solutions
• Understands all major aspects of building/maintaining/extending an app in Access
• Has used linked-tables for SQL Server as storage and Access as front-end
• Understands various options of upgrading from an Access app to something more current/scalable (e.g. Power Apps / Azure SQL)
• Deep understanding of CRUD apps
• Able to work remotely outside Ukraine

Required Skills & Experiences:

• 5+ years working with Access
• 3+ years with SQL Server
• Must have led/worked on a Access to SQL conversion

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Worked with various DBs: SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, etc.
• Led/worked on a Access to SQL conversion, ideally also moving to a new front-end as well (either Power Apps or custom solution)
• Worked with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
• Deep understanding of data structures, querying, warehousing, performance tuning
