We conduct an interview where we also present the company and the vacancy;
We prepare the cover letter — our recruiter’s assessment of the technical and non-technical relevance of a candidate, and make a report:
— reason for looking for a job,
— English level,
— salary range, etc.,
— links to LinkedIn, GitHub
and also at the client’s request: recommendations from previous jobs and other details.
Once a week, we send reports with the number of candidates we have processed, and information about the market response to the vacancy.
During last 2.5 years we have closed more than 50 IT positions for product companies and VC backed startups, which received investments for round A in the amount of $ 2 million to $ 40 million.
