Process Automation Engineer (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for а talented Process Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive workflow automations. You’ll have the chance to streamline processes, implement robust error-handling, and work closely with diverse teams — all in a remote environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in workflow automation using Make.com (ex-Integromat), n8n, or Zapier.
• Strong proficiency with APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, including ChatGPT and prompt engineering.
• Practical experience with JavaScript or Python for automation scripting would be a plus.
• Strong skills in algorithm design, workflow optimization, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly document technical processes.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Previous software development experience.
• Technical education or relevant background.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable multi-step automations using Make.com, n8n, or Zapier.
• Integrate APIs, webhooks, chatbots, and third-party tools into end-to-end automation workflows.
• Ensure smooth workflow execution by monitoring performance, debugging errors, and applying reliable error-handling strategies.
• Document automation architecture, workflows, and integrations to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical workflows.
