We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative/Lead Generation Specialist to join our Sales team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads that meet our ICP and conduct communication with these leads.
Requirements:
- at least 0.5-1 year of experience as an SDR/Lead Generation Specialist in the IT Outsourcing/Staff Augmentation industry;
- attention to detail is critical;
- proficiency in English at a B2 level;
- experience of working with LinkedIn and HubSpot is highly valued;
- committed and driven professional focused on achieving high results;
- self-management skills.
Responsibilities:
- conducting market research to identify potential leads within our pre-defined ICP and Buyer Persona. Gathering key data points on prospects such as industry, company size, decision-makers, contact information, etc.
- reaching out to potential leads through various channels such as emailing and social media outreach (manual and automated prospecting).
- communication with potential customers via LinkedIn and email (using templates and writing custom messages).
- engaging with our audience on Linkedin through writing comments, placing likes, posts, etc.
- working on outreach strategies to engage new prospects. Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lead generation.
- tracking and reporting on lead generation activities and metrics.
- keeping our CRM system (HubSpot) up to date, filling in information about leads, updating their statuses, etc.
Recruitment stages:
- Screening interview with a recruitment manager;
- Test task;
- Interview with the hiring manager, CEO.
